Job Description

Based in Singapore, this position reports to the Technical Director heading up environmental and other strategic projects within APAC Facilities Management Platform and will play an important role in the successful delivery of key projects. Responsibilities may include:
• Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in consultation with the team and stakeholders
• Planning and scheduling project timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables
• Developing budgets and tracking and monitoring actual spend
• Identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path
• Conducting research, data analysis, and evaluation in support of project goals and deliverables
• Preparing and presenting deliverables
• Ensuring project documentation is up to date
• Involving Sodexo business owners and supervising external consultants and / or suppliers.
• Building, developing, and growing business relationships vital to the success of the project.
• Communicating project expectations and report progress to internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
Desired Skills and Experience
• 2 to 5 years of project management experience
• Technical experience in facilities management or engineering disciplines is a plus
• Attention to detail, as well as excellent documentation and presentation skills
• Ability to be self-sufficient and work alone, but also work in a team.
• Ability to shift priorities, demands and timelines.
• Experience in a matrix organization and in a Multi National Company is a plus
• Must be self-motivated and well organized
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required
• Willing to travel internationally if required
