SNATCH! is a new start-up in partnership by TheSmartLocal.com. We are a mobile app that helps users discover discounted deals and a platform for businesses to interact closer with their customers and reach out to potential new markets.
This internship program will give you invaluable experience of entrepreneurial life. Unlike other internships, you will not be stuck behind a desk and left to do countless hours of mundane paperwork. As a young start-up, you can expect a fun and vibrant work culture that is flexible and gives you the opportunity to express your ideas and talents in building a company.
Our internship program targets young adults who have just graduated from poly, junior college or university, and students on a gap semester/year in university. The minimum duration of this internship is 4 months.
You will be given the opportunity to interact with the decision makers of big companies, attend events that are key for networking and to have real-life experience behind the booming social media industry in Singapore. You will also be professionally mentored on how to prepare pitch-decks before meeting clients, handle multiple accounts and the hard-knocks of entrepreneurship.
Requirements:
We are not particular in your field of study. However, you must:
- Have Diploma/A-level qualifications
- Be comfortable talking to people
- Have a hard-work ethic, be willing to learn and an easy-going personality
