As part of our team, you will gain valuable exposure and hands-on experience working with our customers in the fields of Application Development, Network/Security, IT Helpdesk, Systems & Applications Support, Data Center, Onsite Technical Support, and Business Process services operations.
To perform, but not limited to tasks listed below:
- Configuration, installation, deployment, troubleshooting and maintenance of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and other IT equipment and peripherals
- Reformatting, imaging and cloning desktops and laptops
- Investigation and isolation of user's issues and provide possible resolutions
- Supporting user's issues and /or requests remotely or onsite
- Setting up basic Active Directory, configuring and deployment of Network Devices, systems and security tools
- Implementing and integrating new and current networks, servers and back office applications
- Regular health check on IT equipment, network and system
- Perform system backup and restoration for disaster recovery
- Update and track of customer's IT inventories and ensure network security compliance conform with IT security standards
- Hardware and software troubleshooting/ maintenance/ patches updates
