Job Description
  • To handle seating arrangement for class rooms (moving light furniture eg. desk & chair)
  • Responsible to handle administrative and logistics & operations support
  • Hands-on to maintain and operate the AV & electronic equipment, air-con system and upkeep of training kits.
  • Responsible to maintain the cleanliness and safety of designated areas.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in admin assistance and ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Qualifications
  • Able to understand and speak simple English
  • Able to communicate and work well with others
  • Basic customer service, administrative and technical assistance skills
  • Flexible work arrangements
  • Mon to Fri (1.30PM to 10.30PM), Sat (2.30PM to 6.30PM)
