As Community Manager, you are essentially our connector. You connect the team together with welfare events and you connect us to the rest of the world with an engaging voice. You are our events director, awareness booster and customer service all wrapped into one. Your job scope encompasses the following:
- Work with press members and marketing team to increase awareness of ShopBack
- Manage social media platforms and promote online engagement
- Plan and liaise with external parties for outreach events
- Organize events to ensure strong community spirit and increase team bonding
