Responsibilities:

This is a unique and challenging opportunity for a highly motivated person. Successful incumbent will be responsible for:

Supporting the daily operations of the Cinema F&B department.

Managing administrative details including events and special projects and to ensure all reports and projects are completed on schedule following established procedures and schedules.

Liaise with Contractors and Suppliers.

Stocks ordering and Inventory control

Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

Applicants should be Singaporean citizen or Permanent Resident.

Must be reliable, conscientious, dynamic and with excellent organisational skills. Microsoft Suite skills (e.g. Word, Excel) are required.

Detail oriented, has excellent follow through, enjoys multi-tasking, proactive and assertive.

Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.

Consistently demonstrates a can do attitude and business maturity. Also, the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferably some years of Operations and Admin experience from F&B or Retail industry.

Fresh graduate with relevant training are welcome to apply.

Possess at least a Diploma.

Other Information:

Successful Candidate will be offered a remuneration package, commensurate with experience and performance.
