Corporate Sales and Marketing Intern

SHAW THEATRES PTE LTD internships offer tertiary students and/or fresh graduates visibility, hands-on learning, and practical work experience in the dynamic entertainment industry.

We will work together to develop students/graduates with the desire to learn through a variety of campaigns and responsibilities to enrich the students/graduates’ work experience. Interns are encouraged to explore, develop and share their ideas while gaining valuable experience in the entertainment industry.

Selected interns will be paid a nominal allowance.

Corporate Sales intern will support Sales and Marketing department on the following:

• Handling and follow up on corporate sales enquiries
• Coordinate sales bookings, events and activities
• Execution of marketing campaigns and events to promote the Shaw Theatres.
• Performing general administrative duties.
• Assisting the department for other assigned duties.
Qualifications and Requirements::
1. Minimum commitment of 3 months (5 day work week, regular office hours).
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills, preferably in both Mandarin and English.
3. Self-starter, well-organized, meticulous, able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
4. Flexible, proactive, resourceful and a team player.
5. Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet savvy.
6. Willing to work after office hours to facilitate events and campaigns.
