Are you the one that will make the difference?
A. Corporate Sponsorship and Partnership
i. To source & secure new sponsors to support Club’s events and activities with cash sponsorship, product sponsorship or service support.
ii. To source & secure new partners to offer Member’s Privileges and engagement activities to benefit SAFYC’s members & staff.
iii. To work with relevant departments to identify sponsorship needs and plan to meet sponsorship requirement.
iv. To manage and ensure all mileage committed are fulfilled.
v. To manage and ensure all sponsoring items are received.
vi. To monitor and plan for sponsorship & partnership renewal.
vii. To manage and maintain rapport with sponsors and partners.
B. Corporate Sales (Membership & Advertisement)
i. To pro-actively generate cash income from Corporate Membership intake and Club Advertisement sales via new-sales, cross-sell or up-sell to meet yearly budget.
ii. To update and maintain Sales Kits with the latest products and services available from the Club.
iii. To monitor and plan for membership renewal.
iv. To evaluate, identify and create corporate products to generate corporate revenue.
C. Corporate Services & Administration
i. To manage members’ feedback, opinions, suggestions and other communication according to the Club’s basic communication guidelines.
ii. To attend to Corporate Sales enquiries and offer proposal/solution.
iii. To maintain good relationship and rapport with all members, sponsors and partners for the benefit of the Club’s interest and understand reasons of termination.
iv. To prepare and see through completion for sponsorship & partnership official documents and MOU.
D. Others
i. To perform on any other suitable duties or projects commensurate with your qualifications, experience and/or appointment as decided by your superiors.
