Rubicon Consulting is a boutique public relations agency in Singapore with a portfolio of blue chip and local clients across different industries. Our campaigns blend traditional media with digital and social media – all the channels needed for communications to be effective in our interconnected world.

Job Scope:

We are looking for Public Relations Interns to join our team. You will be working with the Account Management team to support client work. You will have the opportunity to learn what goes on in a public relations agency - from the basic requirement of maintaining media lists to developing press releases and pitching in stories to news editors. You will also be involved in the planning and execution of media and public events, including press conferences, media interviews, consumer road shows as well as research work.

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate should:

• Be pursuing a Diploma or Degree in communications or related discipline.

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Have a “can do” attitude and willingness to learn

• Possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

• Be able to multi-task and work on tight deadlines

• Be confident, creative, mature, resourceful and quick-thinking

• Have good basic computer skills – MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint software
