We are offering regular six-month internship positions within Robert Bosch Automotive Aftermarket in Singapore, starting in July/August 2016.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Support the creation and improvement of product as well as sales skill training material.

- Assist the project manager in the rollout of the Sales Force Academy with the target to drive the technical and sales skill enablement of the sales force in whole Asia Pacific Southeast.

- Support the setup and rollout of a Learning Management Software system.

- As important part of the team you will participate in most meetings as well as Train the Trainer workshops.

- Support the implementation of a Sales Augmented Reality App.

- Get to know the whole product portfolio of Bosch Automotive Aftermarket including gasoline systems, diesel systems, starters, generators, batteries, brake components, filters and wipers.

- Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

- Enrolled student studying 

- Willingness to learn and work with an online-based Learning Management software and Augmented Reality software

- Fluency in spoken and written English

- Well organized, accurate and meticulous.

- Competent communication skills and interpersonal relations.

- High sense of responsibility, quality and confidentiality.

- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office.

- For students not studying in local institutions, all internships are subject to Singapore government work holiday pass approval (http://www.mom.gov.sg/passes-and-permits/work-holiday-programme).
