Job Descriptions:

- Understand, review and update documentations for an existing inhouse developed Workflow management product (WorkON)

- Participate in a project for the introduction of a major upgrade to the WorkON product

- Support standalone workflow solution study

- Support in designing and generating workflow product report from monitoring tool (e.g. Splunk, AppDynamics)

- Support in testing and by following change management process

Job Requirements:

- Understanding of applications management in an IT environment

- Good written and oral skills in English (German beneficial)

- Ability to communicate with customers to understand their requirements

- Participation in a multi cultural working environment in a global organisation

- Understanding of web technologies, Browser, Web server, Java

- Interest in providing innovative solutions for a large customer base

- Highly responsible, proactive, adaptable and flexible
