- System-driven admin tasks via BonaPARTe

- Coordination between departments

- Managing of the storeroom for premiums

- Delivery/Logistic arrangements, occasional packing needed

- Website content updates of boschsecurity.asia

- E-newsletter content for Bosch Security Systems APR eNewsletter

- Information analysis

- Internet Statistics Report

- General Writing

PR

- Monitor and compile PR news cuttings and releases of NSOs in APR

- Analyze on a quarterly basis

Relationship Management

- Liaise with suppliers

- Occasional interaction with National Sales Offices (NSOs)

Project Reference

- Pre and post production of videos

- Liaising with vendors

Adhoc Projects

- Presentation slides

- Pre and post event-related tasks for local & overseas event

- General Writing
