About Corporate Information:
We are a worldwide team providing development, operation & support for a central workflow solution to 240,000 end-users. We are looking for an Intern who works closely with the financial management and support a key position on our worldwide workflow platform.
Supporting and coordination of purchasing responsibilities with focus on
Purchasing Support
· Covering of operation duties for Buyer who is going on maternity leave
· Supporting all other Buyers in the team in daily operation task
· Support sending and following up of RFQ
·
Support follow up of
projects status for projects that is led by buyer.
ASEAN Sourcing
- Support data research, supplier scanning for potential new supplier.
- Support research of Free Trade Agreement topic of ASEAN within Asia Pacific
System Data Maintenance
- Support in ensuring data quality in SAP
- Support other purchasing tool data maintenance eg. SRM (Supplier Relationship Maintenance)
Document preparation
- Prepare Contract documents with Suppliers and route for signatories.
Purchasing Reporting
- Support team in various purchasing reporting functions
