- Leading role in interaction with agencies, including briefing and guiding them in order to coordinate and advance projects.
- Responsible for communication projects such as brochures, catalogues, flyers, key visuals, online campaigns, posters and sales folders for various Automotive Aftermarket products
- Sourcing of agencies for creatives, printing or translation of communication materials as well as negotiation of final conditions.
- Event coordination and administration tasks for the department
- Ad Hoc management reporting
Profile:
- Diploma, Bachelor or Master student in business, marketing, communications related major
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal competence
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel & Powerpoint
- High sense of responsibility and confidentiality
- Well organized, accurate, careful
- Team spirit and have social skills
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
