Job Description
·
- Monitoring of purchasing request for office supplies & beverages
- Process order for making associates name cards
- Coordinate & handle enquiries with internal users
- Support in sourcing & ad-hoc purchasing activities and workshop
- Liaise between finance, suppliers and front counter on purchase orders or deliveries or invoices
- Support in generating monthly purchasing report
- Document filing
- Any other ad-hoc project/activities assigned by immediate Supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Student currently enrolled in a local university majoring in Business or Logistics Management
- Well versed in Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
- Well versed in both spoken Mandarin and English to liaise with Chinese colleagues
- Pro-active mindset
- Good analytical skills
- Good interpersonal skills, cheerful and positive attitude
