Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assistance with Training and Development needs analysis, training organization and tracking
- Support with Personnel Marketing activities such as university talks and networking events
- Assisting with Internship Management
- Opportunities to participate in internal trainings and evaluate effectiveness
- Support and coordinate internal career development programs
- Various ad hoc tasks as assigned
Profile
- Only Singaporean/PR student studying Business Management, Business administration or HR
- Committed and willing to learn
- Highly motivated and proactive
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Focused and organised
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at a time and work under pressure
