Job Description
Responsibilites:
- Support of Quality Management, Information Security, Service Management (Incident management, problem management, change management, continuity management) topics within CI/OSR-SG
- Support definition, review and continuous updating of quality documentation and guidelines
- Support and organize trainings on quality, data security and service management
- Maintain communication channels - Wiki, Internal Social Media
- Co-ordinate implementation of identified service management topics with Asia Pacific region. Close co-ordination with country delegates, topic owners
- Identify and support implementation of continuous improvement topics within CI/OSR-SG
- Support in preparation of monthly reports, target tracking reports, status reports etc.
