What you will be doing
Your exact level of responsibility may vary widely, according to your experience. However, that said, your routine work is likely to include:
Solicitation and Negotiation with Merchants
Planning and preparing presentations
Executing the development of marketing literature (flyers, brochures)
Implement efficient promotional actions to recruit new members and increase the database (lucky draws, contests, online ads, flyers etc)
Daily management of Rewardz FB and social networks
Driving traffic to the website and enhance brand awareness
Copywriting and visual editing for websites and marketing collaterals, press kits, EDM
Upload of information to portal for merchants
Merchant Campaigns
Event Organization for clients and merchants
Customer servicing calls and troubleshooting issues quickly
What you will be expecting
We are results-oriented so job timings are flexible. Your job involves travelling to visit merchants and attending corporate entertainment events as and when required.
Qualities you should possess
To be self-motivated but able to work as part of a team
Good communications and presentation skills, both writing and verbal
Good organisational and time-management skills
A positive attitude and independent
Good negotiation skills
Enjoy networking and meeting new people
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration
