Rewardz provides affordable, flexible and holistic employee perks platform for organizations to engage, reward and retain their employees. Rewardz creates corporate benefits program tailored for SMEs through the consolidation of employees, providing our clients the best pre-negotiated privileges for their staff. Since our inception in October 2012, 40+ vendors have already onboarded and we have at least 1500 employees now on our database.

You will be part of a small and cohesive team who work independently on various areas of the business. Every day in Rewardz is different and you will be constantly kept on your toes. Since the team is small, you will get plenty of chances for your ideas to get implemented. This is a good platform for you to try out your marketing and communication ideas for you to kick-start your career.

Your exact level of responsibility may vary widely, according to your experience. However, that said, your routine work is likely to include:

• Planning and preparing presentations

• Executing the development of marketing literature (flyers, brochures)

• Implement efficient promotional actions to recruit new members and increase the database (lucky draws, contests, online ads, flyers etc)

• Daily management of Rewardz FB and social networks

• Driving traffic to the website and enhance brand awareness

• Copywriting and visual editing for websites and marketing collaterals, press kits, EDM

• Administering accounts and inherent documentation

• Customer servicing calls and troubleshooting issues quickly

What qualities you should possess

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications

• Preferably have worked in a start-up company before

• Good communications skills, both writing and verbally

• Good organisational and time-management skills

• A positive attitude and independent

• Good negotiation skills

• Enjoy networking and meeting new people.

• Daily user of social networks and blogs in Singapore

• Knowledge in web analytics and SEO is an advantage

• Entrepreneurship mindset: curious, adventurous, strong team player
