Job Description

This is a rare opportunity to experience the inner workings of the global market leader in a dynamic industry, alongside the key decision makers. You will gain an insight into the operations & management of our fast-paced customer-focused business.

As a Sales & Marketing Intern within Regus Singapore, although primarily working with the Sales & Marketing team, you will have the opportunity to get exposure, learn and support other functions of the business such as Operations, Finance, HR, Property and the expansion of our network in Singapore.

Key activities:

  • The Sales and Marketing Intern will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the sales and marketing team while learning valuable skills related to sales and marketing for an industry leading company

  • Assist with designing and executing sales and marketing campaigns, and the creation / development of new marketing collateral
  • Coordinate sales & marketing campaigns with suppliers and third parties
  • Assist in the administration of Sales & Marketing duties including assisting in purchase order approvals and payment execution processes
  •  Help coordinate and support company events
  • Help communicate and implement new campaigns / projects / processes across departments
  • Conduct Sales & Marketing projects and market research when needed
  • Attend meetings with team members to learn and understand different aspects of the business
  • Provide help expanding our brand in Singapore
  • Take on additional duties and responsibilities, as needed

The intern will be able to develop a broad knowledge and understanding of the business and upon successful completion of the internship will be able to move into a full-time employment position within the business.

The internship period will be for 6 months and a successful applicant can start immediately.

Qualifications: Candidates with Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Management/Administration, Marketing or Hospitality Management preferred.
