Job Description
Refinery Media is a new kind of production company, set up in the most unconventional way. Our team brings to the table a multitude of disciplines across Development, Television production, Brand integration, Marketing, PR, Design and New Media. We work closely with broadcasters, brand managers, marketing teams, PR agencies and technology companies to create groundbreaking, engaging content across multiple platforms, including TV, online, and mobile, as well as emergent media.

We are looking for Office Admin Interns who will get first-hand experience in all aspects of business operation. This job provides an all-rounded experience and an opportunity to work with a wide range of Projects from Fashion to Lifestyle to Media in a social and fun working environment.
You must have education background in Accounting or Business or Marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping, eg process claims, prepare excel reports
Assist with Banking Errands for local and overseas transactions
Ensure office documentations are properly recorded and filed
Maintain office filing system
REQUIREMENT
Duration required will be full or part-time from May 2012 onward
Willingness to learn new things
Basic Excel and Words knowledge
Basic to intermediate admin skills
Ability to adept to different scope of work as required
