Job Description
  • Ensure proper compliance with import and export procedures in Singapore

  • Follow up with suppliers and brokers on the commodities’ specifications and price lists

  • Monitor and update the prices of commodities

  • Maintain proper records of commodities’ specifications, prices and other relevant information

  • Constantly review and update the contents of product catalogue

  • Follow up with customers on their requirements

  • Raise sales quotations and invoices on customers

  • Work closely with external parties e.g. freight forwarders to coordinate import, export or transhipment of dry commodities

  • Update product information on B2B platforms e.g. Alibaba.com or TradeKey.com

  • Post daily updates of product information via social media marketing tools e.g. LinkedIn

  • Take and distribute minutes of meetings, and follow-up on to-do matters

  • Perform general HR administrative duties as required

  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as requested by CSD, COO and CEO
