Job Description
*Your Responsibilities*
* As part of the Operations Team you will be supporting us with office administration as well as support to the management and sales team with both independent and collaborative projects thus you are the link between different departments and get a general overview of structuring an international company.
* Customer Relations: Liaising with clients to confirm contract details and all relevant information for product implementation. Conduct telephonic consultations.
* Administrative Tasks: Preparing all relevant paperwork and establishing protocol for answering phones, post management, schedule management, web uploads, presentation preparation, and other similar ad-hoc projects.
*Please note this position is primarily during weekends.
*Salary structure is $250 + $150 commission per month.
*Your Qualifications*
* Polytechnic or JC students waiting to enter university or NS are welcomed. Undergraduate in Business, Economics, Communications or equivalent are welcomed.
* Hands-on experience within a professional working environment (e.g. internships, student work or own projects)
- ability to multi-task and to deliver on simultaneous projects in a time efficient manner
- be tech savvy in mobile products for proper implementation and presentation
- familiar with MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, Salesforce knowledge a major plus
- fluent in English, Mandarin, and any additional are a plus
- ideally Singaporean / Permanent Resident
- be outspoken and confident over the phone
