Your responsibilities:
· Responsible for maintaining the relationship with our merchant base.
· Conducting outbound calls on over-due accounts, as well as engaging in new business up-sell opportunities on future feature releases, upgrades and additional Quandoo services.
· Liaising with partner management team to provide full scope client support.
· Optimizing and maintaining the existing customer network.
Requirements:
· Outstanding communication skills and a distinct knack for relationship building
· Very good English (spoken and written), Cantonese or Mandarin a major plus.
· Be efficient, assertive, and have quick decision making capability
· You are analytical, structured and are self-disciplined to work independently within a fast-paced environment.
