• Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.
• Provide technical and non-technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use and operation of the solution
• Coordinate activities with the team to fulfil orders of customers
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
• Maintain assigned account bases while developing new accounts.
• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
