Job Description
* One of the key roles of the incumbent is liaison between high profile clients, participants/speakers, in-house designers and other 3rd party vendors leading up to the event ensuring that all requirements are met
* Aggressively gather information on each project to achieve quality event productions
* Conduct research, make site visits, and find resources to help staff make decisions about event possibilities * Create and revised floorplan layouts for each event
* Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process
* Required to manage multiple events at the same time and consistently deliver good quality support
* Serve as liaison with vendors on event-related matters
* Assist with managing on-site production and clean up for events as necessary
* Proficient use of the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Candidates who are equipped with basic design skills (e.g. Photoshop) stands at an advantage.
