POSITION: PR AND COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE

1.     Creation of website content

2.     Press releases
Public Relations Campaign Execution and Planning (Press Event and Launches)

3.     Interact with top SG bloggers and create a solid bloggers network

4.     Liaising on a daily basis with clients and the media, often via telephone and email;

5.     Relationship building and networking with clients, potential clients and the media;

6.     Monitoring the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires and blogs as well as business development opportunities with clients;

7.     Working as part of an account team to develop client proposals and implement the PR activity;

8.     Preparing regular client reports and attending client meetings;

9.     Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media;

10.  Promoting news stories and features to the media, known as ‘selling in’;

11.  Collating, analyzing and evaluating media coverage;

12.  Event management, including press conferences and promotional events; attending and promoting client events to the media;

13.  10. Assisting with the production of client publications, such as in-house magazines;

14.  Commissioning market research; coordinating studio or location photography;

15.  Undertake research for new business proposals and presenting to potential current and new clients.
