Job purpose of F&B Captain is to assist in daily operations of the bar and restaurant.
Key duties/responsibilities of F&B Captain:
1 To assist in ensuring the cleanliness of bar and restaurant
2 To assist in clearing and setting of bar and restaurant
3 To provide assistance to guests with regard to order-taking
4 To assist F&B Supervisor in inventory
5 To act as team leader guiding new staff and/or part-timers
6 To maintain hygiene standards of the bar and restaurant
Experienced staff preferred.
Basic knowledge of Food & Beverage Service.
Training will be provided.
