To support our Porsche Design Asia Singapore team, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated intern as Sales Management Assistant.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist franchise business department in day-to-day tasks and supporting partners from all over Asia
• Reporting of sales information, preparing and distributing monthly reports.
• Prepare presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials.
• Communicate product and event information, follow-up and reminders
• Assist in the organisation, set-up and follow-up of company events and conferences
Requirements:
To be successful in this role you should have the following
• Knowledge of MS Office highly regarded
• Experience in providing administrative support
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes in workload
