Job Description
  • Manage the payroll and welfare of general labor including checking timesheets, preparation of payment voucher in a timely manner
  • Processes the payment of temporary and contract employees
  • Responsible for the billing and recovery of Foreign Workers’ Levies
  • Responsible for the application, renewal and cancellation of all work permit for Pico and its subsidiaries and to ensure compliance with the relevant authorities
  • Take charge of the medical card for all new employees
  • Generate purchase orders and be responsible for all internal and external billings, including submission to Finance on a timely basis
  • Check all invoices received from suppliers and process the same for approval and payment using ERP System on a timely basis
  • Take charge of the E-Leave System including the functionality of the system
  • Scrutinize all claims to ensure compliance with company guidelines and budgets such as staff welfare, dental, health screening and specialist visit
  • Take charge of the issuance of all visa application letters
