Requirements:

- Administrative duties

- Familiar with Microsoft office

- Keen eye for details

- Analytical

- Experience in design software is a plus

- Interested in finance and assisting in finance related events

Responsibilities:

- Assist in promotional and operational matters

- Attend weekly meetings and assist in taking minutes

- Assist in preparing marketing collaterals

- Provide support for seminars and major events

- Support any ad-hoc projects and administrative duties
