The position in question would be at Phillip Securities Pte Ltd, part of PhillipCapital, an integrated financial institution that offers a full range of quality and innovative financial services. These services include securities, fund management, corporate finance, securities financing and custodial services.

The position would entail assisting Mr. Jay Ho directly with the following:

- secretarial duties such as making phone calls and printing, scanning and photocopying documents;

- mail duties involving sorting and sending out of mail;

- assisting Mr. Ho in the preparation and presentation of financial documents to be sent to clients;

- preparing quotations for clients;

- financial research; and

- other clerical duties which may arise from time to time.

The expected salary is $1,000 to $1,500 per month depending on skills and how the interview goes.

We are interested in either current students or fresh graduates studying Business/Finance who are able to commit to the position from the end of February for at least 6 months.
