Job Description
You will be assisting a financial advisory consultant in administrative work
Responsibilities:
• Generating quotations via various online portals and offline programs
• Preparing forms
• Liaising with insurance and investment companies
• Calling clients to acquire information (after sales)
• Scanning and photocopying
• Data entry
Requirements:
• Good command of the English language, with good communication skills
• Competent in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Able to work independently, flexible working hours (within office hours)
