Job Description
About the role:
The User Happiness Intern will be responsible for user validation of the company’s revamped product.
• Find out more about how businesses do sales when you create and carry out surveys to understand needs and activities of clients.
• Manage and document feedback and complaints by clients and contribute to the development of the product as you follow-up with their requests.
• Be involved in an iterative process of communicating with clients before, during and after their time of using the product and hence have the opportunity to be in touch with clients and big players in the industry.
• Within a small team like ours, there will be opportunities for you to learn about other roles as you help out with ad hoc duties.
Requirements:
We are looking for Undergraduates or Polytechnic students to fulfill this role as an intern (preferred) or as a part-time job.
