About Parcel Perform
Parcel Perform is a Singapore-based startup in the e-commerce logistics industry. We are aiming to excel our customers’ end-to-end logistics experience and developed an end-to-end SaaS platform to help merchants and customers to optimise their e-commerce logistics.
We just launched our service and we are an dynamic, fast growing team, excited about logistics and the opportunity of change a whole industry with the power of technology. We are based in a fantastic co-working space, we work hard but of cause also have fun after work with the team.

Tracking a moving parcel is big in the world of consumers, who shop e-commerce and have parcels shipped to their homes and offices from any warehouse in the world. Major e-commerce merchants like Amazon, or Lazada, can have warehouses in various parts of the world and sometimes even carry product from third-party merchants on their website, who in turn have their own supply chain and logistics. Confusing, no? We will make it easier!
To these consumers, Parcel Perform offers a single place to track all parcels, auto-detect multi-national parcels (say, a parcel goes from one country to another, in each country handled by a local carrier), and a simple, unified interface.

Given that modern e-commerce merchants are using multiple couriers, depending on location, time, and types of parcel, they have little data to compare the performance of carriers over the same period and geography. Its messy & intransparent - Parcel Perform makes it actionable!
To these merchants, Parcel Perform offers multiple reports, tied to logistic KPIs (e.g. transit times) in interactive reports, first to make the data visible, and later to enable merchants to combine data in their own way and learn more about what the data has to say.
In addition, we provide merchants with the tools to create a smooth e-commerce logistics experience with their own tracking page, better information, multiple languages and automated updates. E-commerce logistics will no longer be an intransparent process to Parcel Perform’s customer base.

Parcel Perform is looking for a 6-month interns to support us on the product development & business development front. You are interested in e-commerce & logistics? You learn fast & like to take on responsibility? You are structured & ready to go the extra mile to capture growth in e-commerce logistics? Than help us to drive Parcel Perform’s growth and join our team!
You can support us on the product management, drive our website content development & track our growth KPIs via Google Analytics and help us to optimise our product towards our customers. We are happy for you to work with our support teams, ensure the quality of content delivery & improve our customer journey.
More a data analyst? No problem! Our business model is highly depended on good & clean analytics, which we manage out of a unique backend that helps us to map all received big data for us to understand the world of e-commerce logistics. We would want to give you the opportunity to take responsibility, challenge the concept behind and ensure the day-to-day quality for our platform to live up to our customers’ expectations.
What skills would you need…
After some time of briefing & getting to know our business, we want to give you the learning experience to to take over ownership and drive the process yourself. No need to know the industry well, but we expect you to be excited about startups, the technology & e-commerce industry and willing to learn the bread & butter of logistics.
Your skillset should also include but not be limited to:
Proficient English in oral & writing
Bachelor's degree or more (in the making)
Structured way of thinking
Problem-solving approach
Strong project management skills
Familiarity with Google docs, Google Analytics & CMS applications
