Responsibilities:
- Handle Office administrative duties
- Handle member's support and helpdesk enquiries
- Attend to calls and visitors
- Assist in compilations of reports and data entry
- Assist in operational tasks assigned by Manager
- Assist in website features testing
- Enhance proper administrative workflow
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- People oriented, enjoy helping others and have a good learning attitude
- Organized, detail-oriented and meticulous with good follow-through
- Good in spoken and written English
- Proficient in Mandarin in order to liaise with clients & vendors
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office software especially Excel
- Must be IT savvy
- Having some knowledge in HTML and Photoshop will be an advantage
