Proudly owned by Volotek Pte Ltd, Outlet.com.sg collaborates with merchants to advertise their products and services. Within a short period of time, we have garnered huge interest from merchants and customers alike due to our phenomenal growth and it is our goal to keep our growth rate. We have recently also expanded to Indonesia (www.outlet.co.id) and planning to go to other regions as well.

What We Offer You:
An opportunity to learn and understand how a e-commerce company operates as you get the chance to interact with colleagues of all levels.
Responsibilities:
•Assist the various departments of the organization, ranging from Office Management, human resource to sales and IT.
•Assist in generating records of the database using Excel from our system.
•Completing out-of-office errands and organising & tracking of Delivery Order.
•Interacting with the senior management in making sure that the day to day operations are carried out smoothly.
Requirements:
•Preferably be in your 3rd/final year of undergrad/grad studies, or a fresh graduate.
•Should have a good academic standing in one of the following major:
oBusiness Management/Administration
oFinance/Accounting/Economics
•Must possess valid work authorisation which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.
•Highly motivated & initiative individuals
•Ability to learn and adapt to things quickly
•Good interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills
