Out There Media Asia Pte Ltd – Campaign Management Intern

Summary

Based in the Singapore Office, you will work closely with the Campaign Team to plan and execute mobile advertising campaigns in our Asian markets. This is a vital, conceptual, process and revenue-driven role that requires international coordination and communication with advertising clients, stakeholders and other internal departments. Guidance and training will be provided throughout the process by the Campaign Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of mobile advertising campaigns, ensuring campaigns are run with precision and efficiency

• Manage campaign approval and creative delivery processes between clients, operator partners, internal creative and technical teams  

• Analyse campaign results in-depth and translate findings into results for clients and stakeholders, managing communications and client expectations effectively 

• Assist in creative copy-editing

• Actively recommend campaign optimization strategies

• Support sales teams in proposing mobile advertising campaign strategies that can meet and exceed client goals

• Collaborate with product development teams in improving product design by communicating client expectations, campaign management needs and industry realities

• Identifying new business opportunities

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, PR, Online, or related fields

• Exceptional language skills in English. Fluency in any Asian language(s) is a plus

• Excellent relationship management and interpersonal communication skills

• Outstanding organisational skills and able to undertake multiple tasks and meet deadlines with resourcefulness

• Strong analytical skills

• Excellent familiarity with Microsoft Office Excel and Powerpoint

• Sharp eye with keen attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong interest and know how in new media, communications, marketing/advertising, innovations and technology

• Comfortable to work both independently and as a team player in a fast-paced start-up environment

• Passionate to learn and apply new technologies

• Creative skills e.g. Adobe Photoshop and web-designing are an advantage but not a requirement
