The following positions are now available:-
- Supporting the Business and Management in terms of providing information and analytics
- Controllership function – Check and Balance
- Direct the accounting and financial function of the group business unit to ensure accurate and timely recording and reporting of operating results.
- Manage the accounting team and review work done by subordinates to ensure the completeness.
- Responsible for month-end closing
- Preparation of monthly financial report, including assurance of accurate and timely result.
- Preparation of monthly cash flow forecasts, variance analysis, costing/margin analysis report to support business planning objective
- Ensure integrity of GL and timely closing of accounts.
- Inventory control and Waste Management.
- Filling of statutory, business statistics and other types of return as required by local tax and legal legislations. (GST, Corporate Tax, Audit and etc.)
- Liaising with suppliers and external auditor, coordinate with the tax agent on tax compliance, as well as ensure that all accounting activities comply with the accounting policies and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
- Support/Work closely with Operations in related accounting tasks. Giving advice and guidance on all financial matter to the business operation.
- Direct the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the finance operation.
- Financing
- Other ad-hoc assignment as required.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy with minimum of 2 years of Financial Analysis, Accounting, Consolidation work experience;
- Accounting in F&B environment preferred;
- Proficient in MS Office application;
- Meticulous and with good organization and presentation skills;
- To have a willingness to mentor and guide others;
- Dynamic and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
