Job Description

HR internship

1) HR analytics:
2) HR information system:
3) Training competency roadmap

During the attachment, the HR intern will get the precious opportunity to participate in the above projects which the role will include:-

 1) HR Analytics

- Support in developing the HR data mapping which identify the key HR information dashboard  and trends which act to help facilitate HR and management to make key business decisions.

- Identify HR data hierarchy and source which translate the data such as MC, Unpaid leave, OT hours into useful HR  information and trends such as absenteeism rate, productivity rate etc.

2) HR Information system

- Support the project implementation of new HR information system which include identify the key HR data to be included into the HR system which enable the processing of various useful HR reports.

- Facilitate the data migration from current data source into the new system

- Identify the HR processes within the organization an d ensure proper HR process mapping is done so that HR migration can be done smoothly and effectively

3) Competency & training roadmap

- Support in analysing the various job roles in the operation department and identifying required competencies in each of the individual roles

- Working closely with the HR Manager to identify required training activities internally and externally to ensure the competency development of each level of employees is achieved within specific timeline.

In addition to that above, the intern will also be involved  to support in the collation of training data and information as part of the management of company training plan and HR activities which will be closely related to the above projects. This is to allow the intern to understand the HR flow and processes where the source of data and information came from.
