Job Description
• Liaise with appropriate personnel to resolve issues arising from payments and generate appropriate management reports and to highlight to management for any irregularity in payment
• Assist in the monthly closing of accounts, to capture all invoices received and provide information to GL Section for accruals
• Ensure all invoices are matched with relevant supporting documents with approved authorization
• Assist in Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payables Functions
• Maintain proper filing (e.g payment vouchers / petty cash vouchers)
• Provide accounting & admin support
• Day to day accounting functions
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Reporting Manager
