NOVENA Furniture – System Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools and retail shop’s IT infrastructure
• System administration and networking
• Provide technical resolution to users
• Assist in planning and perform system software installation, configuration, hardware and implementation for local and oversea projects
• Responding to inquiries from staffs, administrators, service providers, site personnel and outside vendors and etc. to provide technical assistance and support
• Assume any other suitable duties as and when assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in system support with exposure to system and network administration
• Knowledge in LAN/WAN, System and Network Security, TCP/IP, Windows Server, SQL Server, Internet/Intranet/Extranet infrastructure, Navision/AX system, Cisco routers, VMware desired.
• Excellent diagnostic and analytical skills
• Team player with proficient interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to work on shifts (weekends required)
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Salary: $2,500.00 /month

Required experience:

• Information Technlogy: 1 year
