Part time Sales and Admin Staff

Responsibilities:

IT Trainings and Exam Centre

Do outgoing calls for potential students

Sell/Advertise on free sites and Forums the products and services offered by the company

Assist sales manager on collecting leads for the company

Opening and closing of test centres Pearson

Verify and Check in examinees for Pearson tests.

Perform general clerical duties like photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.

Maintain cleanliness of the centre

Assist IT Directors in other tasks when required

Send daily work report in a timely manner, before going home

Art Jam Studio Participants

Facilitate & guide art jamming sessions

Maintain cleanliness of the centre

Taking Photos of Art participants

Wash up all art equipments after art jammers complete painting and & tidy up art studio

Throw all rubbish plastic bag in office to outside bin by the lift & replace new plastic bag

Send daily work report in a timely manner, before going home

Requirements:

Undergraduate in IT field of study

Able to follow instructions given properly

Knowledge on IT training courses will be an advantage

Good spoken and written English

Independent and trustworthy

Hardworking and eager to learn
