Job Description
As a lead researcher, you will tasked with helping a particular consultant with ongoing searches. This will involve identifying potential candidates using different techniques, including the internet, traditional head hunting techniques and networking. As this is an internship, the company is treating this as a learning experience and the right candidate will be taught other skills required to become a Consultant. Research of different clients structures will be undertaken. As well as certain candidate interviews.
An interest in management is helpful as the role will require certain basic knowledge of senior roles within a firm. As well as this the role will cover different geographies and different sectors.
