Company Profile
MSN is a new online news site created by two of Singapore's biggest media start-ups. The first company creates some of the most read content in Singapore. The second has grown into a large agency that has regional offices in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
Our aim to become the Channel News Asia for our generation.
We're looking for interns with a love for the written word, interested in writing stories that are relevant and engaging for today's generation. This site's focus is news but we won't cover all news. We will focus on news that is interesting and relatable. We aim to present this news to our readers free from any bias in reporting.
You'll be working in one of the offices of these two companies. Interns will be personally mentored so their writing improves, and will have the chance to work in a dynamic start-up environment with fun like-minded colleagues.
It will be a plus if you come from a communications/media background, but you do not need any experience in writing or a relevant degree to apply. You just need the following requirements below:

Requirements:
- A habit of always keeping up to date with the latest news. If you're one of those who can't resist scrolling through your facebook feed and clicking on all the links - you're who we want.
- A good command of the English language.
- A a humble attitude and someone who is able to take feedback well.
- Ability to think creatively and willing to learn new skills.
- Believes in our common goal of being a news organisation that reports news fairly and accurately.
