MUNCH Saladsmith is the sweetest little Salad Bar and Rotisserie serving up a smorgasbord of
salads alongside nice bits of roast chicken, salmon and dory fillet. We've got delicious coffees
and desserts, rosti, eggs, bagels, toast and sandwiches for that great perk-me-up in the
morning.
MUNCH started as a humble little sandwich shop in Robinson Road quite a number of years
ago on September 2005. We thought that slapping stuff between two thin slices of bread can't
be wrong, and slathering on loads of butter will take us a long, long way. We couldn't be further
away from the truth.
What You Get to Do
The company is looking to agressively franchise its restuarant concept and is looking for
telesales personnel to set appointments for prospects
Successful candidates will be furnished with a list of prospects to call (which have been
recently acquired at a franchise trade fair)
Leads provided are warm leads, meaning they are interested in franchising but have no
idea which brands to acquire yet.
Candidates will be furnished with a phone and table if needed, but are also welcome to
call from home (flexi work arrangement)
For every prospect who agrees to meet the director, the remuneration paid out is $30. If
the prospect signs the Franchise Agreement, a bonus of $200 will be paid out.
A prospecting list of over 500 leads will be made available to successful candidates.
Who Is This Job For?
People who love to talk on the phone, earn big bucks for merely arranging interviews
Interviews are fairly easy to arrange since prospects come from an event speciffically
catered for this group of interested parties
You should be able to call at least 30 - 50 prospects a day starting from the day of your work.
