Job Description

Responsibilities:

·         Support the Reg TM Mgr in planning, co-ordinating and administering the succession planning and talent management processes

·         Under guidance, identify programs and engagement activities for talent management

·         Monitor progress of talent management initiatives

·         Ensure proper documentation of development needs analysis, training, etc.

Skills Needed:

•             Undergraduate from Business School, preferably majoring in HR

•             Excellent communication

•             Hands on with Excel  to handle management reports

•             Good with Powerpoint to prepare presentation slides
