We are hiring for MC Payment Malaysia ! Are you looking for an exciting career in the payments industry?
- Compile statistics and generate reports for management information
- To perform ad-hoc and office administrative duties as assigned by superior ((Data Entry, filing, copying of documents)
- Attend to housekeeping matters, and other general office duties
- Handling daily administrative duties
- Able to handle partial accounts
- Documents filing
- Prepare monthly payments to supplier
- Assisting Accounts Manager in daily / monthly transactions compilations
- Generating/Consolidating weekly and monthly reports to Director and Manager
- Coordinating with Finance team on issuance of invoices
- Communicating with clients, monitoring and tracking payments
- Attending to phone calls, directing to person-in-charge or taking down of messages
- Distribution of daily mails received and answering phone call
- Attend to walk-in guests/dispatch and perform tea-serving for guest
- Purchase office stationeries & pantry consumables
- Office maintenance: liaise with management office and telephone system etc
- Minimum Diploma or relevant certificates with 1-2 years relevant experience
- Self-Motivated with Tenacious Work Attitude, Result oriented, Resourceful, Confident and able to work independently and under pressure
- Good Communications and People Management skills
- Flexible and Adaptable to quick changing environment (s)
- Good in MS words and Excel
- Able to commence work immediately
- Ability to work independently
- Interest in analysis and troubleshooting
- MUST work as a Team and be willing to multitask.
- Possess basic accounting knowledge advantageous
- 5-day Work Week (Mon to Fri office hours)
- Self-motivated, good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
- Salary with commensurate with experience
- Working location near Macpherson MRT and 5 days work week
