THE OPPORTUNITY
You will provide daily administration support to the Project Management (PM) team.
Specifically, you will:
• Provide support to senior team members and in particular daily administrative and documentation support to the Director of Operations and the Group Project Director
• Set up meetings, take minutes and follow up efficiently and timely
• Assist team members on project such as preparing schedules, following up with clients and suppliers by email
• Engage in projects from study setup, questionnaire input, project handling, quality control and job analysis
• Assist with the compilation of fieldwork costs from suppliers
• Assist with preparation of tender reply documentation; including proposal, detailed sub-contractor briefs and production of documents (such as proposals, presentations, reports, etc)
THE TALENT
Besides possessing strong organizational skills, the successful applicant shall be an effective team player with an eye for details and capability to multi-task.
In particular, you shall have/be:
• A tertiary undergraduate in any discipline
• Good track record in extra-curriculum activities
• Basic understanding of project management knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• High proficiency in computer skills
• Fluency in English (imperative) and any Asian language skills (advantageous)
