· Interact with customers via email to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
· Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the reported problems
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues utilizing all available tools, resources, and documentation
· Liaise and follow up with any 3rd party providers
· Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’ business
· Escalating top priority, production-critical issues to the appropriate technical staff
